I disagree as to the limited usefulness of this.
There are a number of organisations that could use this to permit
full access to pre-cached data, and only password access to
non-cached data, thereby significantly reducing costs and at the
same time limiting access by users to specific sites. It could
even be used TOGETHER WITH allowing unrestricted access to certain
search engines, to give the appearance of free-reign access.
There are a lot of schools that might be very interested in this.
Maybe someone should consider adding this into a future release!
