You also need to have WCCP GRE support and TCP port 80 interception in
the NT networking kernel, or else it won't help if Squid announces it
self to your routers. Without these featulres the OS won't allow
redirected traffic to reach Squid.

I see it very unlikely that you can find both WCCP GRE and TCP port 80
interception functionality for the NT networking kernel.
