[squid-users] Slow for first page

Dear All,

I just upgrade RedHat 7 to 7.1 from server crash.
Instead of using RPM from Redhat, I compile Squid / 2.4 STABLE 1 via source.

However I found that the performance was much slower than before.
It take around 10 to 15 sec to show up for the first page I visit.

Any Hints?
