Hello Simon,

The DNS for all users located on Squid box. To acces to Internet all users
use this DNS. DNS resolution works fine.

One initial idea... Does the Squid box use the same DNS server to clients
that aren't using the proxy? It's possible that a problem during the lookup
on the proxy could cause a two second or so delay for some sites. Also, from
the proxy try using telnet to port 80 of the site. Does the connection
establish quickly? Does an nslookup return the IP address quickly?
