[squid-users] IPTABLES ERROR

Hi,
I installed squid on a Redhat 7.1 (kernel 2.4.2-2). It is working okey, when
I set my browser manually. But I want to run it transparently.
I read the transparent-proxy howtos.

I reconfigured the kernel to enable needed parameters. But when I run
iptables, I get the following error.

[root@proxy /root]# iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth0 -p tcp --dport
80 -j REDIRECT --to-port 3128
Note: /etc/modules.conf is more recent than /lib/modules/2.4.2-2/modules.dep

who? (do you need to insmod?) Perhaps iptables or your kernel needs to be
upgraded.
[root@proxy /root]#

I don't think that I need to upgrade my iptables or kernel. Cause I
downloaded them last week.
Do you have any idea?
