[squid-users] Weird timeouts with some sites

Hi,

I have a net with an e1 (2Mbps) internet connection, and some internal
nets. Im using squid as transparent proxy connected directly to the
internet router.
The box is Linux Redhat 7.0 with kernel 2.4.0 and squid 2.4 STABLE3.
All looks normal...
but with some pages (hotmail, yahoo mail, and some more) it says request
timeout but u hit refresh (some times u have to hit it twice) and the
page load.

I dont have more mails to read,,, (from june 01 to today) and i cant
find
the solution
Note:

I dont have bandwidth troubles.
I dont have an /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn
I dont have net troubles.

Please help!
