[squid-users] TIME_WAIT and FIN_WAIT

Hi all,
i found a lot of this TIME_WAIT and FIN_WAIT terms when i
type netstat -an. how should i tune it to decrease the number of these
things in redhat 7.2 platform with squid 2.4 stable 6 ?
