[squid-users] efax.com error 111 connection refused

Hi,
 
I'm a bit new to squid and I've got some web pages that seem to be ok when
access though non-proxyed session but when I try to access say HYPERLINK
"http://www.efax.com"www.efax.com I get
Connection failed sys tem returned: (111) Connection refused error.
 
Is this a problem with efax.com or squid?
 
I'm using squid 2.4 STABLE6 (RPM) and RH 7.2
