No. It is a bug in the Windows NTLM routines. It is known, it was never
solved,
it will never get solved.
A mitigating workaround would be to span your NTLMSSP helper across
as many domain controllers (and domain members) as possible.
Long-term solution is moving to the winbind helpers, which work fine
against the winbind included in samba 2.2.4. Check in squid's bugzilla
for the installation instructions.
