Could you please specify what you believe to make that indication on the
page you mention? A short glance revealed nothing to do with WWW caches. I
should think all mentions of the word 'cache' on that page refer to a DNS
cache, i.e. a caching DNS proxy, the server that will go out and look up DNS
RRs for clients. Check
