Try \.[eE][xX][eE]$

or simply:
\.exe$

I block certain files such as avi or mpeg, but for some others I just
limit its allowable size, ..

acl filepdf urlpath_regex -i \.pdf$
reply_body_max_size 1000000 allow filepdf
