They are custom scripts. I tried using wb_group, but I had some
problems with it. The beauty of squid is that you can write your own.
The problem seems to be with the http_reply_access command since it
works fine with http_access.

What are these programs? They are not standard Squid helpers. Have
you considered using the wb_group helper (which comes with Squid)
instead?
