[squid-users] Not blocking mime_type since upgaded to Version 2.5.STABLE3

I recently upgraded to the above mentioned version of squid from version
Version 2.4.STABLE6.

I used to successfully Block MSN with the following ACL,

http_access deny MSN

Now this used to do the trick but as you can see below, users are still able
to gain access since the upgrade!!
