[squid-users] Warning : 1 swapin MD5 Mismatches

Hi, Can anyone tell me whats the problem causing this
Warning : 1 swapin MD5 Mismatches on my cache.log? I guess I got this one
when i reboot since my squid complaining to have "Too many redirector
requests"
