Regarding to this problem,
I think u have tried to send the mail using SMTP on Outlook.Usually this
will come in the Outlook when the support of mail server is not availble at
that time.So this is not the Squid problem.This is the mail server which
your use the account.For example the support of hotpop pop-up mail will give
this kind of errors as your preferred when your are trying to send mails.
