Use the ident_lookup_access .It is used to allow the particular URLs
prescribed using the ACL's.
ident_lookup_access allow all_src
ident_lookup_access deny all
Define the filteration of the URLs don't wanna be forwarded to the Foreign
cache.
Use the lookup to restrict the URL's
