This is very odd.
The only odd thing about the log entry is that the size of the reply looks
a little small. I get 417-420 bytes on cache hits for this object (exact
reply size depends on the age of the object)
Any TCP_MISS logged?
Is you running as a normal proxy or a transparently intercepting proxy?
