[squid-users] Too many negative hits!

Hi,
   I've been getting lots of TCP_NEGATIVE_HIT/404s and I'm not able to understand what's going on.
   I see that the url being requested was something like, http://...../portal/undefined!
   I don't see any error in any of the jsp files!
   Any help?
