[squid-users] Block Access

I am using squid 2.4. stable 3 and i want my users to
be blocked for all proxy access and each user is
allowed for a particular set of web sites i.e. user 1
is allowed only for google.com and yahoo.com
while user 2 is allowed only for squid-cache.org and
google.com
user 3 is allowed for linux.com
and so-on
can anyone tell me how is it possible
