I'm afraid there is none. It highly depends on what kind of users do you
have:
- what kind of content do they fetch (static, dynamic)
- how often do they fetch the content?
- do they fetch the same content?
etc. in some case, one machine may be enough for 1000 users, on other place
the same maching might not be enough for 100 users...
