[squid-users] with Outlook Express

Hi,
Whenever my users get html mails in their OE, a login name and password
window is shown. How do I prevent that? I am using Squid Cache: Version
2.5.STABLE12.
I have already done in my squid.conf,
acl oe browser Outlook
http_access allow oe

Also, I tried,
extension_methods SEARCH SUBSCRIBE

But it is not working? Can anyone suggest a solution?
