I'm getting tcp/ and mem hits but I was looking for sibling hits to see if
it was working correctly. Just seeing a lot of tcp_miss:cd_sibling_hit
wasn't sure if this was a 'real' hit or not.

Hmm.. a lot for the same object? If so then probably your refresh_patterns
differ too much with the sibling caching more aggressively than you.

Not a singe TCP_HIT / TCP_MEM_HIT?
