[squid-users] Rate Limiting

Hi,

Does SQUID support rate-limiting requests to webservers? We don't want
to hit websites too hard and would like to put some kind of throttling
in place for outgoing requests from the SQUID server to the web. It
appears delay pools only support rate-limiting from the clients to the
SQUID server and not from SQUID to the websites.
