Have you configured http_access to allow access to the accelerated
sites?

Note: The URL is what you have told in http_port. The defaultsite part
of http_port SHOULD be the host:port part of the URL you intend to put
in the web browser. The server names is given by cache_peer. It might
differ if you need to have the URL sent differently to the backend
server, but is generally a bad idea.
