Hi Adrian,

Without forward proxy caching, I can't believe how most ISPs in the South-East Asian region will cope with their limited bandwidth. Especially where bandwidth is managed through satellites.

Even if bandwidth does come via fiber link in the future, we (ISPs) need to have more and finer control regarding how our clients and customers web traffic gets managed. There has to be somebody to regulate web traffic.
