The way I read these logs is that the router for some reason got the
Here_I_Am with cache id 10.1.250.10 from 192.168.0.1 all of a sudden.
And as this isn't the IP 10.1.250.10 listens to it never sees the
responses..
Try attaching a sniffer to the router port to see what the router is
actually getting.
If you find that it's getting the packet from 10.1.250.10 but reporting
it being from 192.168.0.1 then file a bug report with Cisco..
If you find that the router actually got the packet from 192.168.0.1
then you need to investigate your network further to figure out who
NAT:ed the packet..
