[squid-users] Help recommand a proxy server

Hi all

I need an HTTP proxy server that supports:

1. A SOCKS parent proxy
2. Disable cache completely
3. User/password authentication
4. Source IP ACL
5. Support exotic HTTP headers like PUT, HEAD, PROPFIND, etc.

Squid is doing very well exept my first request.

Any recomondations?
