I'm just rolling STABLE15 now. It should be available in a few hours.
You may prefer to use that release bundle instead.
Otherwise for individual patches, the 3.0 ones are to be found at:

The one you are after is labeled "Bug #2635: Incorrect Max-Forwards
header type". Either on the first page, or the page titles 3.0.STABLE15
when the rolling is done.
