It's not a squid problem. Look at Squidguard logs. Squidguard usually
fails if there is some incorrect permission in the .db files.

Hi,

looked into squidguards logs and nothing appears, moreover, the squid and squidguard are working normally, except that some days @ 23:30 something crash
and it crash and can't restart autimatically i don't know why.

the only logs giving me errors messages are ones from squid, those from squidguard just show me the dbs loadings over and over.
