The info cache manager overview page lists % of hits. Both bytes and
requests.
The "utilization" page has raw byte counts for hits and total request
counts, and in/out byte counts which can be used to calculate from.
client_http.* are for the client-facing traffic and server.* are for the
fetched traffic.
