[squid-users] cache_peer question

I came across this where it forward all requests to another proxy

cache_peer parentcache.foo.com parent 3128 0 no-query default
never_direct allow all

How can I deny all requests to use the parent proxy except for a
specific domain.
Everything else use the child.
