[squid-users] the requested url could not get

could support me

I have installed squid with authentication active directory, my problem
is that users navigate but squid suddenly shows them the message the
requested URL was ah could not get, but if you press F5 load the page
without problems eh added the following settings to my squid

forwarded_for off
client_persistent_connections off
server_persistent_connections on
ie_refresh on
balance_on_multiple_ip off

and yet I can not delete that message

have any idea?, thanks for you help
