Just use the primary port 3128 for all proxy requests. Think of 3128 as
the gateway, and then the other 2 as the internal routing ports.

"http_port 3129 intercept" will intercept the insecure http requests,
"https_port 3130 intercept ssl-bump..." will intercept the secure site
requests.
